PROBLEM
Brands struggle to generate authentic reach without overspending on ads.
Creators struggle to monetize consistently without brand deals or long-term contracts.
Traditional advertising platforms require brands to pay upfront for impressions, often without guaranteed engagement. Influencer marketplaces rely on negotiations, manual tracking, and inconsistent performance metrics.
How might we build a system where:
Brands pay only for verified reach?
Creators earn based purely on performance?
Tracking, payouts, and scale happen automatically?
The challenge was designing a two-sided marketplace that balances incentives, trust, and automation across Instagram and TikTok — without adding friction.
